The amazing Auction

 In Te Maunga we have been doing Astronomy. We have been learning about the sun and the earth and the moon. my Favourite text was the sun because its a star and it is made out of gas and it shoots out solar flare. and it shines on the earth from outer space and the moon comes down to earth  and the sun comes back to space and then it turns night 

And the sun goes to Another country and after the other country gets night and we get sun and after we write all the information down and we put it in a poster so after we are done we put our information in our slide and after our matariki We get to do fun stuff and if you finish your work you get to be in the Auction and if you finish you get 100$ and if you finish more you get 1000$ and in the Auction you have to call out a big number and we do auctions at easter and christmas and the school holidays and we do it at the end of the year and yeah we do auction every celebration.

 Statistics investigation In Te Maunga we have been asking people what their favourite thing is like what their favourite dog is or something like that and me and heavenly did what’s your favorite sport chart  so we added the sport  we added cricket soccer swimming netball rugby And other type of Sports and and so more! To choose Type of thing you can do, what's your favourite thing? That you like you don’t have to tell us you can if you want

My Most Amazing Creativity To Share

In Te Maunga me and half of the class learnt about cleaning an oil spill out of the ocean. We learnt how oil spill  can hurt animals and how we cleaned up an oil spill. We used spoons, cotton buds and sponges and we used blue food colouring for the ocean and we used chocolate for the oil. And half class went  to do some other activities and  it was fun and we learnt about sea animals we went to see the sea life Crew that told us about fish did you know that fish can breath under water from the gills they can hold their breath for a long time and stingrays the have mouths at the bottom of their body their mouths are furry and a long tail and sharks don’t go near them their pretty dangers if you see one stay away from a shark and catfish a cat is not a fish but  the reason why it’s called a catfish because it has cat whiskers and last but not least the squid it has 8 legs thats crazy!
